Review: Sister Wives Tell All S07Ep09 July 27, 2014

Christine about to show why you don't mess around with a Polygamy Princess...

All right. I'm just gonna cut to the chase on this one.

Robyn did not divulge her announcement, so we have to wait until the next season to find out what that was all about.

Frankly, I think it was a stupid ploy to ramp up viewers for the next season, however, I think the joke may backfire.

And given Sister Wives most likely won't reappear until after the next season of  Brady and Wives final episode has been televised, we might have to wait until at least November to find out whatever it was she was going to announce.

Christine did walk out on an interview, leaving the audience wondering...why? Did it have to do with Robyn's announcement? Was Christine really upset, or was this just all a ploy, again for ratings.

All I have to say is...Christine may have singlehandedly saved the Sister Wives franchise from extinction with a sudden need to leave the set.

Let's analyze what happened ...

First, we need a baseline picture of what Christine looks like when she is about to explode and walk off. Luckily we have such a picture - from season one when Kody dropped his "bombshell" that he helped Robyn pick out her wedding dress.

Notice how her face is practically void of any emotion.

But you can tell from her eyes, something is going on inside her head, and she's about to explode.

I suppose it was a good thing no guns or knives were within her reach...

Now here's a screen cap of Christine walking off the set from the recent Tell All episode.

One of the things I noticed is how she doesn't look to be upset. Maybe that's a result of 4 years experience on the couch, but the lady looks like she drank a giant glass or two of iced tea and just needed to go to the powder room...pronto.

Tamron looked a bit perturbed...

But Robyn looked like she was smelling what Christine was cooking...and it didn't smell good, y'all...

So what happened? The official version is like this. According to Tamron (via voiceover), the next segment to be filmed was supposed to be an interview with Robyn and Kody discussing their future baby plans. Wives Meri, Christine and Janelle had agreed to vacate the area during this special interview with just the semi-newly weds (but clearly way behind the babymaking schedule) power duo being interviewed by Tamron.

But apparently instead of waiting a few moments longer, Christine decided she had to leave the set early, temporarily stopping filming.  Tamron then mentioned that before Christine returned, Christine had had a conversation with Robyn. After that meeting, Robyn informed Tamron that under no circumstances was she to ask questions about Robyn's pregnancy plans.

Which pretty much put the kibosh on the next segment to be filmed. And as you can see, Robyn's facial expression showed either her displeasure that her segment with Kody was ruined or her discomfort of having to share a set with Christine.

Hmmm...maybe both.....

Which means Princess Christine spared those watching the ordeal of yet another baby saga, this time from Kody and Robyn.

Christine, we salute you for a job well done!

So was there anything else notable from this Tell All?

I think there should be some mention made of Tamron Hall's expressions, some of which were classic...

Here's Tamron holding back Kody and telling him to let Robyn answer the question...

It was kind of funny since Kody was answering "No" while Robyn answered "Yes."

The question? When Tamron asked Robyn if she was afraid of losing Meri to any new friendships she may find once she goes back to college.

This is her look when Christine said the success of My Sister Wife's Closet was "infinitely important" to the financial success of the Brown Family.

This was her look when Kody, backed up by Robyn, proclaimed that as husband, he was a better business leader for My Sister Wife's Closet because in their religion a wife can not be superior to her sister wives even if her business skills set were better than her husband.

Finally, here's Tamron's look when Kody proudly told her he thought their business presentation for the investors was very professionally put together.

Now, I normally don't discuss sexual matters in mixed company, but I can't resist the urge this time.

During Live Tweets, Kody had mentioned a commercial for Early Response Pregnancy tests. Well, during the broadcast of the "Tell All" show, my cable system had a commercial for a drug named "Osphena" for the relief of painful intercourse after a woman reaches a certain age.

It just seemed rather ironic.

And of course, I have to mention two tweets from Robyn she felt was necessary to help bolster her man Kody's claim of business leader superiority and expertise (not necessarily in that order).

If those two tweets aren't the kiss of death for MSWC, I don't know what is.

Selected Live Tweets from July 28, 2014 and Some Other Interesting Stuff, Too

Whew!! I don't know about you, but I'm kinda glad this season is over. And judging from these tweets, sounds like the Browns, especially Christine, are glad too.

So what did the Browns tweet about?

Robyn wanted everyone to know just how deep her fashion sense runs...

But...But...It doesn't have any sleeves ! And the print...Robyn are you sure about this?

Yeah Robyn, you only think that because she looks like you! Fess up!!

From Meri's tweets we learn...

So does this mean the Browns finally said sayonara to the friend who did their makeup and hair the past two Tell Alls?

But...but...what about modest is hottest???? See the picture below! Shocking, I tell you!!

And of course, Meri has to tweet about her #1 child, Mariah..All I have to say is, yeah, that's what she's saying now but just wait...

Psychology major...oh dear...First of all, it's like a degree in Philosophy although slightly better. But you really can't "use" it. I had a prof tell me how it works: BS degree gets you no where. You've got to get an advanced degree if you want a good job.

And folks, do you really want Meri to be poking around in your mind or the mind of a loved one?

Hmmm...I don't believe this one at all. Of course Kody knows© (oops kinda© went krazy© there) he's in charge! And of course Meri is going to say she loves following his lead! Got to keep up that old façade, don't cha know...

Kody, Kody, Kody...another Dumb dumb dumb tweet. If Robyn is pregnant, just tell us. I for one can't wait to start dissing Robyn when she sets up another account at Kids R Us and starts begging from her fans like last time!

Yep, kissing is risky all right!

Hmmm....Looks like Kody is talking from experience....

(For some reason, those two tweets above seem to belong with each other, don't you think?)

Oh my...but how many of those businesses were successful? Do you blame your wives if they may not be so enthusiastic about your business "experience" ?

Hey everybody! Just in case you didn't know the teen's Twitter handles...

Ah yes, since peacekeeper Robyn joined the Kody Krew...

For some reason this just doesn't seem right...hmmm....

Janelle didn't tweet much last night but damn, what a TLC trooper she is!  She's even tweeting about the show that came on after the Tell All. I wonder if she gets paid extra for that...

And look how she supports Robyn's My Sister Wife's Closet!! At least she's honest, I suppose...

Oh Christine...I bet Paedon was happy to see this tweet....

Poor Christine...I think she's confused in a major way or back in her blue funk. This just doesn't make any sense and is kind of sad...

Just when you thought it was safe...

Oh yeah. I want to stay in THAT room, all right!
I found this article about a new Bed and Breakfast opening up in Hildale UT. In fact, it's a repurposing of Warren Jeffs former "mansion"/compound that was built to house his many wives, but alas, was never used because he wound up serving time in prison instead.

What's interesting is that the man who purchased the compound is none other than Jeffs former right hand man, Willie Jessop. You know, the man that harassed and did Warren Jeffs evil bidding until Jeffs kicked him to the curb and out of the FLDS.

I prefer how Sam Brower described ole Willie in his book "Prophet's Prey" as a "...stalwart goon" of Warren Jeffs. Somehow, I just don't believe ole Willie has been rehabilitated.

Anthony espousing on the purity of white bedspreads

Anyway, he's now opening a B&B in the heart of Hildale UT. I wonder if he'll invite Oprah Winfrey to stay?

And I can't wait for the B&B to show up on Anthony Melchiorri's  Hotel Impossible show! White bedspreads Willie! Don't you know anything?

Here's a link with more pictures!!!

Life after Jeffs: Hotel debuts in FLDS prophet’s former mansion

According to the B&Bs website, the location address is 865 N Hildale St in Hildale UT. Unfortunately, Google map streetview and Bing birdseye view have not been updated BUT...
you can see the buildings from a satellite image on Google map.

It looks like the B&B are the buildings with the grey roofs.

Christine thinking about 'Tender Loving Care'

Good Question!

Looks like the Browns are continuing to stay mostly out of the Twitter social media eye this week, which may be a good thing if they need to continue that momentum for next season's Is She Pregnant storyline for Robyn.

So maybe that explains why Robyn and Kody are lying so low. Or maybe they are avoiding rotten tomatoes being thrown at them for last week's "big announcement" no-show. Who knows. Who cares...

At least Janelle did take the opportunity while on the latest Brown Road Trip to tweet this:

On the topic of walking, Janelle also retweeted Trainer Sean's tweet about fat vs muscle. Now can someone tell me just where do Buffalo Chicken Wings fit into this plan?

The last tweet from Christine was the picture of the centerfold of People Magazine. TLC is currently rebranding itself into the "Tender Loving Care" network so who better to embody TLC but the Kody Klan© ? Brings a tear to my eye...NOT!!

Looks like Meri spent some quality time with Mariah this week. Poor dear had her wisdom teeth yanked oops, I mean pulled out. If it's any consolation Mariah, my BFF was eating Doritos about an hour after she had hers pulled.

Oh dear...Mariah you've got to remove the gauze first before chowing down on those Doritos!!! And beware of dry sockets!

Talking about Polygamists taking Road Trips, looks like Papa Joe Darger and Family recently traveled to San Francisco!!

Here's some candid photos from their Facebook:

Now, is this Papa Joe Darger or Juicy Joe Giudice?

Dargers on a fallen redwood...

And from the Brady and Wives front, bankruptcy hasn't stopped them from continuing to film for their next season.  They also found time to find the perfect gift for a family member and to have fun at a water park...Hmmm...looks like Brady needs to talk to Trainer Sean about working on that midsection...

Now completely off topic, I have been embedding tweets and Facebook for a while now. Just so you know, with embedding you can interact directly with that Twitter or Facebook page (just be logged into your respective accounts). You can follow, like, retweet, comment...whatever you want to do!

And while I'm here, just an FYI...

There were TWO Natalie Morales Tell All interviews. The first one was season 3, episode 13 where she was very nice and friendly to Kody. The MISSING Tell All was from from June 2012, the topic being the Browns book 'Becoming Sister Wives'. It is not from season 3!  Morales did her homework and called out Kody on most of his bad behavior...Kody tried to sweet talk her in the beginning and she effectively shut him down and had him on the defensive for the rest of the interview.

If you see an episode that says it's from season 3, that is not the missing episode. Bits from the missing episode do exist on you tube and even on TLC's website, however, it is the ENTIRE episode (including Kody's one on one segment with Morales, the very short discussion of their courting an underage girl, etc) that has vanished.

Please, no more links to the season 3 Tell All ! Thank you!

And for those interested, I've added my review of 'Becoming Sister Wives' to My Living Room. The link is to the right, under Blog Articles by Subject.

Onward to the this year's Tell All Episode!

BY REQUEST...

Here is my review of the Sister Wives Tell All telecasted on 6/24/12...Enjoy!!!!

Review: Sister Wives Tell All

The interview with Natalie Morales was TOUGH...
— Robyn Sullivan Brown (@LuvgvsUwngs) June 25, 2012

For once, I have to agree with Robyn. Natalie Morales was tough... that's her job. This is the difference between being interviewed by a Rosie O'donnell or Ellen Degeneres. Kody Brown and his Sister Wives got schooled by a seasoned network news anchor and correspondent, not an entertainment interviewer. Yes, Robyn, she was tough...and very very effective in weeding out the truth from all the hype in the Sister Wife saga.

This wasn't the Brown's first time at the Natalie Morales rodeo. Last year's hour interview was like all the other interviews the Browns have. The host patiently listens to the girlish giggling while asking softball interview questions. Kody holds court, while his sister wives (either Janelle or Robyn) interrupt and answer the question for him when he gets stuck.

This year, Morales went back to her news correspondent roots. This was clearly a book tour interview, so she was prepared with a copy of the Brown's book, along with her notes. She put her guests at ease, laughing with them, and then she honed in on her target. With each question, she skillfully probed the Browns towards the truth, then BOOM! She asked a question that left Christine audibly gasping, and Kody visibly shaken. Yep, the Browns got schooled all right.

One of my favorite segments of the interview was at the beginning, when the nice Natalie Morales, morphs into the news journalist Natalie Morales. And the Browns are left stunned.

Holding the Brown's book in her hands, she started talking about one of the book's revelations that Kody chased girls. "in high school?" he asked, obviously enjoying the moment. Morales continued her questioning with "I guess you had a lot of girlfriends..." The wives were smiling and laughing and Kody tried to act all innocent asking "In high school?" and while his wives continue to laugh and giggle, he jokingly asked "Do I have to be accountable for that now?

And then Morales started reeling him in..."did you choose the faith based on the lifestyle that it would allow you then?" Kody, still not realizing what's happening, continued speaking jovially while Janelle turned her head towards him with a worried look on her face, "...no, in my head it was more of a calling. I was 14, I had a foot in trying to be a wild boy and a spiritual boy so I was trying to figure out my own life, but I believed it."

Without warning, Morales asked her shock and awe question: "So it wasn't that you chose religion to be a womanizer..." There was an audible gasp of indignation from Christine. You could almost see the hairs bristling up on Kody's neck as he defensively asked " is that what you think, I am  a womanizer? " The smile was gone off Kody's face; Janelle was now looking down towards the floor.

"Well an outsider may say you're fulfilling a need by taking on a new wife each time" Morales said, while staring right at Kody."Well, I will strongly disagree with that outsider's point of view and I'll explain to you why!" Kody yelled defensively. Now Christine tried to enter the fray by interrupting that she disagreed too, but Morales continued staring straight at Kody, ignoring her. Kody was clearly upset as he sputtered out "because I have done the emotional work in these relationships...I've been trying very hard to be a good husband. all of this happened very serendipitously...I was never dating... all of my wives I chose as a mate because of the depth of their character and my belief they would be a fine individual to share life with...I was never womanizing...this is not an open marriage."

Morales got him. Shock and awe. The Browns are stunned and on their guard. Meri puts on her dour face. Janelle looks down. And Robyn finally shuts her mouth.

The next interview question probed the relationship between Kody, Meri, and the 18 year old girl they chose to be Kody's 2nd wife.

When Morales asked "...Kody and Meri you guys were both courting, or fell in love with an eighteen year old. Is that right to say you both fell in love with..." Kody abruptly interrupts Morales to say "I was 22, 23...I mean it wasn't ...I don't want to get salacious here..." Then Robyn inexplicably interrupts saying " she was close to their age".

It makes you wonder, if the girl was 18, why all the sputtering from Kody saying how he didn't want to get salacious. Well, I read the book. And I can tell you that they started dating this girl when she was underaged. It was, in fact, Christine that drove the girl to a youth camp where she first met Kody and Meri. (page 54) And according to Christine, Meri and Kody's courtship with this girl had been prolonged because "...Kody and Meri wanted to wait for the girl they were courting to turn eighteen before making their engagement official...I heard when they got engaged and I knew when they set the date for the wedding." (page 56).

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize Kody and Meri were "courting" an underaged girl that was 17 if not younger -- if they had to wait until she was 18 to announce their engagement. And that explains Robyn's need to clarify the issue that Kody and Meri were close in age to the girl, when Kody started stumbling over his words. As Meri goes on to answer Morales' questions about her relationship with this girl, you can see Christine reliving the episode, but not saying one word about it.

When Morales questioned Meri and Janelle about their somewhat rocky sister wife relationship, it was Kody who defended Meri. In fact, Kody defended Meri a lot, and spoke for her so much that after Kody gave a long explanation of why there was a conflict between Janelle and Meri, Morales effectively shut him up by putting out her left arm, touching the chair next to Meri and while looking at her said "Let me hear what Meri has to say..." Kody was silenced and Meri was finally free to answer the question on her own.

It was the Christine segment that Kody effectively put his foot in his mouth and showed his most cruel, heartless, unsympathetic, and yes, stupid side to his questionable personality.

Morales brought up the chile nacho cheese incident. Now, it appeared that Christine, bless her heart, took it in stride and even joked about it. But Kody took the incident to a new level of cruelty against Christine. When Morales asked Kody if size mattered so much to him that he was grossed out by a chubby girl eating chile cheese nachos, Kody replied "I will be honest I was not attracted to Christine in...any kind of physical sense. I mean I look back and in retrospect and wonder was that fair. But I can't even look there because we have children together...we have a relationship and we found our sweet spot..."

You would hope that he would stop there. Not Kody Brown. When Morales asked "So you were not physically attracted to Christine..." Kody barged forward and answered quickly and completely devoid of any sensitivity "That's an understatement." You could see the color drain from Christine's face. Her fake smile gone, her eyes narrowed almost to slits. "You were grossed out by her?" Morales asked. "I won't say that...but the nachos grossed me out enough to make me go OK, I'm waiting to marry her..."

Without missing a beat, Morales turns to Christine and asked her "How does it feel to hear him..." and Christine interrupted her, obviously upset, shrugged her shoulders and said "It hurts, it's horrible...I didn't know that until recently." Kody then tried to justify his cruelty by saying "I'm just being honest" but not even Meri could defend her 'lover'. "I think sometimes in a relationships you have to be careful when to be honest and how honest to be." When Morales asked her if Kody just blew it by being too honest, all Meri said was "I'm just saying...I think we all say things sometimes. Trying to be honest and trying to be open and sometimes I think we go a little bit too far." Robyn looked like she was about to throw up. Kody looked like he had no clue what he had just done.

And to prove how absolutely stupid Kody was, in his one on one interview, Morales gave him a chance to apologize for the insensitive things he had said about Christine. "Do you regret saying what you said earlier to us today?...Did she call you out on it after that interview?" she asked. "...that whole nacho cheese thing ...that was years before Christine and I got married." he said. "But it still hurt her, hearing you say that...she seemed to shut down right when you said that... in fact all the other women were like oh no!" Kody, apparently realizing Natalie Morales was not taken in by his boyish charms, laughed, then dropped the smile and said " Well...I'm not sitting here rehearsing a line...er...stating a line that I've rehearsed. You asked me a question, I stated kind of where I was at the time."

Sorry Christine. No apology for you. And when Christine later admits that when they were married, she was more in love with Kody than Kody was with her, and that she has problems with trust, well, you have to feel for her. She has hitched her cart for all time and eternity to a man who refused to apologize for hurting her feelings. And she doesn't trust her sister wives Something just isn't right about that.

Thankfully, the interview segues to the eldest teenagers. Sitting on the floor, Morales holds an open discussion, talking about sex, Logan's girlfriends, and dating. What the kids hate about the lifestyle is that everything is times 5. If one parent is mad, there are 4 other parents mad at them. Of course, Mariah sees the positives in her parent's relationships, while the others see how the wives can be passive-aggressive in their relationships. And when asked about how strong his faith is, Logan admits it's not as strong as it used to be. "When you don't have a community, then only your parents are doing it...They want us to have some sort of faith, some sort of connection. But most of us are kinda probably gonna find...go our own way." Only Mariah has made up her mind to have a plural marriage. Maddie just wants to get out of high school, and feels her husband will have a lot with just her so no plural marriage for her. Final talley: 1 for polygamy, 2 against polygamy, 2 undecided or no comment.

Looks like that move to Las Vegas was a mistake. And Kody, your weekly church services aren't doing much to help your children find their faith. No wonder Janelle wanted Logan to connect with the LDS church!

The interview moved on to Robyn, who looked like she was about to be eaten alive by sharks. She discussed her She-Ra alter personality, and her reluctance to join the family until she saw Kody cleaning one of his child's feet. As expected, she turns on the tears. I suspect She-Ra didn't make the interview, so Robyn had to revert to crying to make that mean old interviewer take pity on her and not ask any really mean questions.

And last but not least, my final favorite point of the interview. It occured when Morales was discussing Kody and Meri seeing a marriage counselor. As to be expected, Kody showed that he had a screw loose when he says " Here's the interesting thing. The time gets fuzzy, but Meri and I were literally at a point of a all time high right before we met Robyn..."

The look on Meri's face was priceless. "When you say we were at an all time high, we weren't...I mean we were low...we were having struggles in our relationship." corrects Meri. And then he says he and all the sister wives have been in counselling together. This time it was Christine who corrects him - "No we haven't all gone together." Then Kody tries to say that the couch interviews they do for the show is their counseling sessions. Looks like that gray stuff inside of Kody's skull is also a bit fuzzy.

And once again, Meri throws sister wives Janelle and Christine under the bus when she says the reason she is so close to Robyn is because she and Robyn want to have that "depth of a relationship" with each other. And as for a 5th sister wife, Robyn conceded that when she married Kody it was with the understanding that a 5th wife was a possibility, and Kody, showing more tact with Robyn than he did with Christine, said he's just trying to focus on his relationship with his 4 wives right now.

Thus ended the Browns' second turn at the rodeo with Natalie Morales. Something tells me there will not be a third time.

Off Topic Wednesday for 7/23/14 Plus My Non Review of Sister Wives S07Ep08 : "Every Brown Revealed" July 20, 2014

Shame on F8F, Puddle Monkey Productions and TLC!
I hate when a TV show becomes so smug, so contemptuous, that the powers that be considers it great fun to play a practical joke on their audience. Sunday's episode was the season finale. Some people have been  saying perhaps this should have been the SERIES FINALE instead. And that lame attempt at a cliffhanger...What a public relations disaster!

I knew it was bad when my BFF called me Monday saying that her DVR cut off early and she missed Robyn's announcement. I told my BFF apparently TLC and the production company "planned" to have everyone's DVR cut off those last precious seconds of the show possibly as a way to drive up viewership of the Tell All episode. She was not alone.

So here it is. There was no announcement from Robyn. The episode ended with Robyn running to answer her phone instead of telling her family (and the audience) her "big announcement." And as the credits ran, there was Robyn's smug face saying "Sometimes you have to take an important phone call. That's really all I'm gonna say about that."

All I have to say is, Robyn better have a Robun in that oven of hers, cause she's really not living up to her job of giving birth to Kody's spirit babies and face it, she's no spring chicken. Time will tell.

Back to the show, it wasn't 'funner' to waste an hour watching a rehash of four years of the Browns. Lord knows, their story has been told, and told, and retold over and over again.

So here's my short review:

Kody and his gosh awful ponytail.

Janelle didn't want to have any more babies because she was afraid she would get another Gabriel instead of a Savanah.

I think there are a lot of spirit babies up in celestial heaven who are applauding that decision. Janelle and Kody definitely would not make the cut for Parents of the Year, that's for damn sure.

Janelle describing when Love struck her and Kody
There is still a lot of hard feelings between Janelle and Meri.

It became even more obvious that Janelle had set her sights on her brother-in-law Kody even before he became her ex brother-in-law when she divorced Meri's brother. And when Janelle speaks about that old Thunderbolt of Love (i.e. this is the man I want to procreate platonically with), we are left wondering when exactly did it hit her? Was it before Kody became her ex-brother in law or was it after he became her spiritual step brother? At any rate, it's no wonder Meri was not so nice to her brother's ex-wife when she positioned herself into Meri's happy marriage and almost immediately started popping out Kody's babies!

I don't think Meri will be going on a relationship building cruise with Janelle anytime soon.

It's not easy being a middle child in the Brown Family Units.

Garrison has found an outlet for showcasing his individuality (i.e. overcoming the stigma of being the 'middle male child') by joining ROTC. In fact, he even has a plan to be an engineer after a stint in the Navy. Oh and if anyone asks, my money's on Garrison being the mastermind behind opening the RVs gray and blackwater valves causing his daddy dearest to get his favorite clogs covered in Brown sewer goo.

Paedon, on the other hand, is still struggling to find himself according to his parents. His mother Christine feels he needs to find himself a hobby and has solicited her twitter followers for ideas. But he has obviously matured because if given the opportunity to speak to his former Lehi self, he would  tell him,  "Hang in there. Vegas ain't that bad, dude." Or something like that. I also think Paedon was a co-conspirator with Garrison on Valve-gate.

Now, the reason I didn't mention Gabriel being involved in Valve-gate is because if he had been involved,  I think he would have rigged the RV blackwater tank to spew Brown sewer goo directly in the face of his daddy dearest, covering him from head to foot.

I've only mentioned the male middle children because the female middle children are still being called pixies. Wait until those pixies get a little older, and become boy crazy pixies. Janelle, Christine and Robyn ain't seen nothing yet!

Excuse me. My phone is ringing and I must answer it, NOW.

And before I take my leave, I just have one more thing to say...

If Joan Crawford were alive today, I'm sure she would be saying "See Christina, I wasn't so bad a parent after all!"

That's all for now....

Now it's time for My Living Room's favorite past-time...

Where's Mindy?

How unsurprising is it that the Browns are on yet another Family Road Trip, however, it's not known if they were accompanied by a film crew, though. And from the pictures provided by Mariah, it also looks like they did not travel by RV AND they bypassed Disneyland. Can you believe it?

Here's Mariah's Twitter chronicle of the recent Brown Family Road Trip to the hinterlands of Montana via Utah and possibly Wyoming.

Typical Brown form, day 6 is missing...perhaps the Browns took a day of rest? Or maybe Mariah had to answer her phone...

Oh dear....

I just saw this tweet from Janelle. She needs an intervention all right. Is it me or does it seem these people just don't give a hoot any more?

Selected Live Tweets from July 20, 2014 and Other Off Topic Delights

This was another weird episode, which culminated with Robyn's announcement that had been advertised all week NOT HAPPENING.

Frankly, I see that whole Robyn's got an announcement and Kody's cryptic tweets about short strangers and hinting Robyn being pregnant was just dumb. In fact, I see it as a slap in the face to the few fans the Browns have left.

So let's get to the tweets, and I'll talk further about this episode in my review...unless I get a phone call.

On twitter, Robyn was too busy retweeting what others said, but she did take the time to note some "Fun Facts" about her favorite bonus kids. For example:

But she saves the best fact tweets about her own kids...which just goes to show she knows more about her own kids than her bonus ones. I suppose there's nothing wrong with that...

Here's an example of a "backhanded Robyn tweet" where the actual subject was Solomon not Truely...Seems like only yesterday she was swatting Truely away like a pesty fly instead of a 'luv bug'...

And of course, who's the object of Mommie Dearest full attention?

Meri was Meri. Her tweets centered on herself, of course...

Weirdly, Kody focused on perpetuating the travesty of Robyn's non-announcement. Face it, Kody, at this point nobody really cares if Robyn's preggers...

Just like Robyn, you can tell which kids he seems to favor...

Give it a rest, Kody the Klown, just give it a rest...

And of course, let's not forget the backhanded tweets about his own biological kids...

Yeah, Kody. And who was to blame for Paedon's pain? Making your entire family uproot and move to Vegas for your TV show?

Kody, call me Cynical (Ms Jinx if you're nasty) but why weren't any of those "best" convos ever shown on the show?

Moving on, let's check out what Janelle tweeted about...

Just file these two tweets under TMI...

C'mon Janelle...Tell us who was your date to the wedding! Tell us! We want to know!!!

Too bad it wasn't the guy you married less than a year earlier...But at least you kept it within the family!

No, please no more backhanded compliments about Gabriel, puleeeezzze!!!!

And what did Christine have to offer into this strange mix? What she does best, towing the Brown family line...at least she didn't throw kids under the Brown bus...

Oh yeah, I KNEW this one was coming...

FYI for Christina....
