Selected Tweets: Kody Brown and Robyn Brown Laying Low on Twitter

Yeppers. Seems Kody Brown and new "legal" wife Robyn Brown, along with the original three Sister Wives Janelle Brown, Christine Brown and poor poor Meri Brown are keeping  extremely low profiles on Twitter since the outing of Kody's divorce from former "legal" wife Meri on January 31st.





Jiminy, that was a mouthful! Anyway, never fear. The Twitter universe is still buzzing with the news. Not quite "viral",  but respectable. Look, even TMZ's Harvey Levin has reported this news. That's important, isn't it?

Well, ISN'T it?

And on the subject of "viral", it was an internet article from the examiner.com article that mentioned  "On Saturday, things went wild in a private group on Facebook saying that Kody has divorced Meri and actually married Robyn Brown now, which is his fourth wife." That group is Get Real LOL TLC, a popular (over 2K member) Facebook group featuring discussions on TLC shows, including Sister Wives.

The article was written by Mandy Robinson, who coincidently joined the Get Real LOL TLC Facebook group on...January 31st, 2015.

Hey, you don't think...Nah...I'm sure there's a reasonable explanation and it's not a coincidence at all. It's serendipity instead! (cue the cute, happy music now)

And for your reading pleasure, here are some selected tweets floating around the Twittersphere expressing shock, dismay, horror and general snarkiness about this turn of events.

Oh, and the Browns and TLC wants to make sure everyone (old and new)  tunes in on February 8th to watch a one hour homage to the new wife.

Hmmm...when is the Nielsen ratings sweep period this year? Oh, it's January 29th - February 25th 2015.

Now, isn't that special??? And what a coincidence!

Here's a quote from Mr. Sensitivity Personified, Kody Brown regarding why he took such drastic actions in 2014...

"We have chosen to legally restructure our family," the Brown family said in a statement obtained by E! News. "We made this decision together as a family. We are grateful to our family, friends and fans for all their love and support."

U P D A T E 2/2/15 !!!!! Breaking News - Selected Tweets

Sister Wives Shenanigans Going On? Check out the 2/2/15 update below.


 


Wow, what a wild weekend this has been!



I had a chance to review the tweet activity of the Browns. In general, nothing really stands out but a few are a bit more noteworthy considering what we've all discovered.



For example, take this tweet from Robyn from 9/12/14. Something was off about it, but we  didn't know why. Well, that was the day Meri and Kody filed for divorce and three months before Robyn got legally hitched to Kody.









How about these tweets from Meri, about a week before Kody and Robyn got hitched. And there was a lot of them! Does Meri feel like she was slighted in some way? And the tweet she wrote to "Just forgive." Did Robyn or Kody say something that upset her? Now, knowing that Kody and Robyn were less than a week from making it legal, her tweets are kind of sad in a way. I don't think the feelings Meri is experiencing can be explained away as spokes in a wheel needing to be realigned or smoothing out the rough places.




















As we get closer to the wedding date, it seems that Meri was about to do something she always wanted to do just before she left for that meet and greet in Arizona.

She was in travel mode to Arizona in this tweet, made on Kody's wedding day...


And the day after the wedding, Meri tweeted about her excitement that Mariah was coming home that day and a few days later how God has a plan...




Just before Christmas, we discovered Meri and Mariah left the cul-de-sac and vacationed in Disneyland, of course.


Just before filing for divorce, Mariah tweeted this about her family. Were the "adult" offspring told of what was going to happen a few weeks away?


Now this is interesting, two tweets made on the same day - one from a woman who within a week would be filing for divorce,  and the other from the woman who would become Kody's new legal wife.


A short four days before their filing for divorce, Meri was apparently out of town.

A day later she tweeted about "haters".

The day before filing, Meri retweeted Mindy and complained about being allergic to metal jewelry.




Three days after filing, Meri was looking forward to going out of town again the next week.


Then there's this tweet, where Meri informed her followers about her dizzy spells, which started on the day she filed for divorce.


Last, there were these two tweets. Was she regretting filing? Was the "Some moments...[fill in the blanks] " tweet her way of coping with misgivings?




I then took a look at Aspyn's tweets, just to see if there was any indication of what was to come. It appeared August was a major vacation month before school. Also, she provided a pretty good timeframe by tweeting about moving into her apartment with Mykelti. At least for me, it seemed the offspring may have been purposely distracted by trips and moving. We now know that at least on August 14, the production crew was filming.



And then there's this telling treat that seemed unusual. A mini vacation to the beach for the "adult" offspring with Janelle. Was this also to get them out of the cul-de-sac in case Meri totally lost her composure when she filed for divorce? And notice that Mindy was also on this trip.





Reviewing Janelle's tweets, she also provides a useful timeframe tweet by indicating she is babysitting Truely. Was this when Kody and crew went to Utah to pack up Grandma Annie? And how strange to tweet about "society pushing lust instead of love."










The day before Meri filed for divorce, Janelle was buying clothes...perhaps for the mini-vacation.




And on the day Meri filed, Janelle tweets something that was totally oblivious to what had to be a traumatic day in Meri's life.

And then she is on a road trip...






Less than a month later, Janelle was on another road trip, this time with her children...


And remember how strange it was to read this tweet about group texts...



This Thanksgiving tweet from Kody didn't seem unusual, except that the TLC used a previous year's Thanksgiving picture on their SW Facebook fanpage. Was this because they didn't expect Kody and family to tweet a family picture so soon after the divorce was final?


This tweet from Janelle, showing off her child Gabe and Robyn's daughters talents seemed unusual.
A short 24 hours after Kody legally tied the knot with Robyn, Janelle was plugging a TLC special via twitter. Again, business as usual for her.

And then this retweet, three days before Christmas from the Dalai Lama. Could this be Janelle's attempt to "cheer up" sister wife Meri?

Add this next item to the things that make you go...hmmmmmmm...pile.

Case in point. On Bonnie Fuller's Gossip site, there's a comment on a photo essay that asks this innocuous question.



Old news, right? Now look at the posting date...I've highlighted it in red...


Hey, that was almost 2 weeks ago! And what happened this Saturday? Yep, but this time it was more successful.

So does this mean J702 just happened to be browsing Clark County Family Courts website and decided to check if Kody Brown was listed?

Perhaps. But what are the odds this would happen, on a Wednesday and a Saturday, with probably hundreds of people searching for information and accidently stumbling on Kody and Meri's D.I.V.O.R.C.E petition??

You'd have a better chance at winning the lottery I bet!

Was J702 a family friend with inside info that they were dying to tell the world about?

Possibly. This is beginning to look suspiciously like a planned event. Something tells me if no one took the bait on January 31st, well, there would still 7 days left before Robyn's Journey episode airs on February 8th.

Know what I'm saying?

And "they" would keep trying, and trying until somewhere on social media the info would go "viral".

I'm just wondering who "they" are, that wanted this info out to the public?

BREAKING NEWS 1/31/15




This just in...


On the Sister Wives TLC FB, this was posted today at 4:56PM....



"OH MY GOD!!!!! It has just been leaked. Kody and Meri have divorced and he legally married Robyn!!! I bet Janelle and Christine are just overjoyed."



Now the person who posted this bit of info is a "SW goblin" if you know what I mean. So I had to verify the info first...

You better sit down, kids.


IT'S TRUE!!!!!
